When you make a deposit payment you are automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions:

• In order to secure your booking a 50% deposit of the full amount is required. The remaining balance is required minimum 1 week before the booking date. A receipt will be issued every time a payment is made. If the payment is not made Mo Seedat Photography has the right to cancel the booking and retain any images. If there is a cancellation the deposit is non refundable under any circumstances 

• The style of my photography CAN NOT be changed. images will be shot in my style which is bright and colourful.

• Due to the lenses I use the background on the photos will be blurred out or known as a shallow depth of field will be used.

• COVID 19 - If your booking is affected due to a government lockdown and is not possible to go ahead the deposit is fully refundable.

• Depending on the package you have purchased, additional hours are priced at £80 or £100

• Mo Seedat Photography holds all copyrights on images 

• As Mo Seedat Photography holds full copyright on pictures they can publish pictures on their social media accounts, website, portfolio, blog, and any other printed publications for promotional purposes. You can pick a few photos for us to share, these can be a single portrait shot and a couple shot which is front facing. There is an additional charge of £100 if you wish not to have any portraits and couple portraits shared. However detail shots and angles not showing faces can be shared regardless.

• If you are happy to let us use your pictures you can receive up to %5 off on your package.

• Certain colours may look different in the final image. Even though we try and replicate colours to look like how they are in real life, certain lighting and the camera can cause these colours to look different in comparison to reality. 

• Unedited or Raw pictures can not be given under any circumstances. 

• All images shot will be edited in my style.

• A mixture of candid and posed photos will be taken - I tend to shoot more in a natural style.

• Photos of guests will not be taken whilst they are eating. 

• Images will be stored on the cloud for a year.

• Mo Seedat Photography will not accept bookings if another photographer has been booked to work alongside them. This effects the quality of our work and causes interference in our workflow. If there is another photographer on the day there will be an additional charge of £100 to release your photos.

• If there is a use of artificial smoke or fog indoors then your pictures will look very hazy and unclear - this affects the optical quality of the image. Also be vary that after indoor fireworks have been detonated this will leave residue of smoke which will create haze indoors, my advice is to allow some time so the smoke can clear to get better images.

• Images will be kept backed up on a hard copy for up to a year.

• Images take 4 to 16 weeks to process.

• If you are in doubt don’t book, every photographer has their unique style and look. My advice is to look around and find a style that matches your needs. If you are certain my style is suitable for your requirements then feel free to book.
